Access to client records is limited to the staff who need it, office devices are password-protected and encrypted, and backups are stored in an access-controlled cloud account. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take these safeguards seriously.

8. Your rights

You may ask us to: confirm what personal information we hold about you; provide a copy; correct anything inaccurate; delete information we no longer need to keep; or stop using your information for marketing.
