- Project files, drawings and warranty records: 7 years after completion

- Website analytics: up to 26 months in aggregated form

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to client records is limited to the staff who need it, office devices are password-protected and encrypted, and backups are stored in an access-controlled cloud account. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take these safeguards seriously.
8. Your rights
You may ask us to: confirm what personal information we hold about you; provide a copy; correct anything inaccurate; delete information we no longer need to keep; or stop using your information for marketing. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws — including California under the CCPA/CPRA — additionally have the right to know the categories of information collected, to request deletion, to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do neither), and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
